Service Description
Physiotherapist- led Pilates class suitable for all abilities. This is a small group class which allows tailored guidance throughout. Exercises are mat based so do require you to get on and off the floor. Classes are led by a chartered physiotherapist. This class is mixed ability and is therefore designed for complete beginners to more advanced clients in a supportive environment.

Cancellation Policy
When booking a pay as you go class at £12, classes can be transferred or cancelled when a minimum of 24 hours notice if given. If classes are cancelled within 24 hours, a refund will not apply but you may be able to transfer a class if there is available space within a 2 week period. When booking a block of classes at £10 per class, classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
